Francesca Carleo
Francesca Carleo qualified at the University of Witwatersrand and holds a post-graduate degree in Orthopeadic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) omptg.co.za. She has post graduate training in Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping, manipulation and fascial release. She also qualified in 2007 as a qualified Pilates instructor and has special interest in rehabilitation and sports injuries, in particular running and cycling. She has a close working relationship with well known Sports Physicians. She prides herself in individual specific assessment and hands on treatment, keeping up to date with the latest courses. She has a comprehensive approach to treatment of patients, with a strong emphasis on wellbeing, empowering patients to self manage.

Sedisha Brink
Sedisha is a South African trained physiotherapist who has practiced in the UK for the last ten years. She completed an MSc in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at King's College London, with a special interest in the neurophysiology of pain and clinical reasoning, which formed the basis of her MSc research dissertation. She has extensive experience in private practice treating conditions ranging from post operative cases both elective and traumatic, to chronic/complex pain. Additionally, she has post graduate training in Dry Needling and Acupuncture, Manipulation and Fascial release. She has spent time understanding the implications of stress on the general well being of a person and how this stress can manifest in physical pain but originate from a chemical, sometimes hormonal imbalance. Sedisha practices mindfulness daily and tries to impart some of this to her patients.
